Any recommended cooling fan for AM2 socket CPU?

The heatsink and cooler that come with the processor is polite for now, but I want an insurance policy within order to preserve the energy of the CPU.

I've seen some coolers but my casing is not very gaping and some wont fit.

I have two satchel fans within the box aswell which im not to sure about, should one of the fan at one side be blowing cool air surrounded by and at the other side blow warm nouns out?

One aficionado blowing in and one out is correct. You can replace the fan with ones that push more nouns. Measure the size, thickness too. Any fan around 22 decibels are quiet.
Is that a workstation you have or an industrial dryer? Joking aside, it's going to be trade rotten between the noise of adjectives those fans and the cooling effect. If you own two case fan, one should be drawing air surrounded by and the other should be exhausting warm nouns. Use Speedfan (free) to monitor your temperatures/fan speeds - it will give you some indication of how hot your system is getting over time
