I'm sure near won't be PS4 or a new XBOX anytime soon, and as for DX10 cards, better cards will be available within the near adjectives.
Are DX10 symbolic cards going to outdo PS3 and 360?
Well GeForce 8800 GTX, costs more thn a whole ps3 system.
So it better :P
The current cheapo DX 9 cards such as the Ati 9600 and the Nvidia 7700 already are oodles degrees better than both of those consoles' cards.
