It says that it have a Lifetime Warranty. Have you contacted the manufacturer however? I don't know whether you can only replace the admirer. You can probably replace the heatsink though. Have you tried cleaning it yet?

And you may want to do a further dig out...although that fan say it fits Radeons.

if you have obedient eyesight a philips screwdriver maybe a needlenose pliers, it's smooth to clean/ re-lube the fan. in recent times get the blade rotten which is held in place by a tiny tiny lock washer which can well get lost and not supposed to be reusable but if you're discreet enough you can use it again.
