Will fitted cpu be destabilized by individual touched by paw not previously earthed to discharge static electricity?

I own used my finger to remove old epoxy resin on cpu. I had not touched dust to discharge any static electricity. I also installed some new hit memory modules.

It can. it's not as common as citizens make it nouns like though.

I used to work at a computer repair shop. I built unknown computers all the time and never used a static strap, we lone had one computer enjoy problems that seems close to they could have be caused by static.

In dignified school we took some of those huge super-magnets and put them on a strong drive over night. the subsequent morning the drive still worked fine lol.

Your stuff should be fine... but from now on... plug the powersupply of the computer contained by while you work on it and always hold on to 1 hand on the defence. The PSU is grounded and will keep you grounded as long as you keep hold of a hand on the covering.
Static electricity from your body can ruin the

electronic components in computers.
