What I believe your asking is do they make motherboards that you can put two; dualcore chips into. And the answer is yes aswell. These are 'Server' mainboards; and collectively speaking are -not- cost effective to a home user; but I've see motherboards that are capable of running 32, quad core intel cpu's for one box (128 cores total) however the price for the motherboard (nevermind the processors) is beyond outrageous.
So yes it is exceedingly possible, however unlikley in your budget.
