lately ive been getting this message asking me to put contained by my XP disc in command to keep the comp stable etc etc. i own also been getting NSIS messages for adjectives my recent programs, such as my yahoo toolbar, itunes, ewido trial etc. are these two (WFP and NSIS) connected? like if i am competent to fix my WFP will the NSIS messages stop? also, the NSIS message is for multiple programs, can't the reason be a trojan?..and i just this minute discovered one and deleted from my comp. even still im still getting NSIS message

Run Scan Disk for errors on the hard drive, afterwards Defrag, if you don't have an Anti-Spyway Ware Program, walk to www.download.com, search for SpyBot S&D, download free revision and run it. If you don't have a correct anti virus program, go to www.grisoft.com and look on the page for the FREE reworked copy of AVG anti virus program, they also provide free updates. If all that fail, use your Restore Program and restore your system to an earlier date that when it be running fine.
