Why multimedia is big within b2c application?
Because most middle manager are easily distracted fools who love eye candy. An application that LOOKS angelic and keeps their ferret similar to brains interested will always win out over an application that a short time ago WORKS. This is true even when the fancy program is broken, malfunctioning and unreliable.
