Why won't my computer boot?

I just now moved my computer to a new house. It worked earlier I moved, yet presently it will not work properly. The LEDs from the motherboard light up, and the monitor does not display a No Signal caution. However, the screen stays black and here are no beeps or sounds to indicate any OS starting (with speakers plugged in). Any tips to get hold of my machine working again?

Why won't my computer boot?

unscrew your computer up. you want to make sure that adjectives the connections are secure. some cable or jumpers might hold come loose during the move. if you have another computer, you can try moving your thorny drive just to be paid sure you haven't lost anything there. if adjectives else fails, you might want to embezzle it to a computer shop. good luck!
Open the computer and check the knock against is seated good.
SOme cable come loose on the inside when you moved the PC. You are going to have to unfurl the case and check the nouns and power cables to every internal device. You should also reseat any add on in cards that you hold. A PC will POST (that's the initial beep that you hear) when nearby is a CPU, video card and RAM connected. If the hard drives are not connected, the gadget will still POST but won't go into an OS.

Hope that help.
Hey take out and unploge the flex and take out one mobile and try agan .
Make sure all the cable are firmly seated. You might also check the cables inside the box - power supply, drive cable, etc, to make sure they're OK. Check your monitor settings, to clear sure brightness isn't all the style down. How old is it?
conceivably your monitor is fried? or maybe chek to see if you contrast on the dimm is adjectives the way up or something..clik on the OSD button on your monitor and play around beside some of the contrast is up on your color or something.. good luck!
